Return Policy
Qualifying refunds will be given within five working days by credit card or check, depending on method of original payment. Refunds will not be given with cash. Unless otherwise noted, refunds are given as follows:
- Services: Coaching & Consulting
In the event of a coaching/consulting cancellation, less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of the full amount of our session, shall be paid by the client that will be added to the next bill. Likewise, should the coach need to cancel less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of the equivalent of our session will be credited to your next session.
- Services: Programs, Special Events, Community Groups, Retreats
All Inspired Imagination service registrations including but not limited to programs, special events, community groups, retreats, and training are subject to a non-refundable deposit upon cancellation unless otherwise noted. If cancellation is two weeks prior to service start date, a full refund less 5% processing fee will be provided. If cancellation is within 72 hours prior to service, a 25% non-refundable deposit will apply. The deposit may be applied to registration and enrollment for any other service attended within one year of the initial cancellation. If a participant cancels participation after the start of a program, no refund will be given. If a program or event is cancelled by Inspired Imaginations, a 100% refund will be given.
- Services: Training
An individual who withdraws from coach training and Inspiration Institute and seeks a refund within the first 48 hours of enrolling will receive a refund equal to 80% of the original registration fee. No refund will be made after the 48 hour period following registrations.
- Memberships
Inspired Imagination membership dues are not eligible for refunds.
- Products
Payment, minus shipping and handling, will be refunded for damaged and/or unopened products returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please mail your returns, along with a copy of the invoice included in the shipment, to: 3221 W. Torreys Peak, Box 270504, Louisville, CO 80027.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item minus shipping costs. The credit may be used at any time toward purchases from Inspired Imaginations.
